I can’t scan my QR code at machine.
Make sure the brightness on your phone screen is all the way up. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please press "Codes" on the kiosk and enter the 9 digit code under the QR instead. Some phone screens may have difficulty scanning.
Do I have to be on-site at the car wash to purchase through the app?
No. You can purchase washes anytime, anywhere and they are yours to use whenever you would like.
Do I have to register a card on file to use the app?
No. Your free account allows you access to all areas of the app.
Do I need to register a card on file to participate in the Loyalty Rewards Program?
es. The Loyalty Rewards program works by tracking in-app purchases, so a card is required for this.
Is my card information secure?
Yes. Once you enter your card details, the data is secured by tokenization. From this point on, none of your sensitive data is ever held on the app.
How do I earn progress towards my Loyalty Reward?
Every time you purchase a wash in the app, you earn points. The Loyalty Tracker on the home screen will automatically update to let you know your current status.
Can I earn Loyalty Points if I pay with cash?
No. The Loyalty Rewards program is based on in-app purchases only.
How do I redeem my Loyalty Reward?
When you reach the Loyalty Points goal, your complimentary wash will be automatically added to your ‘Wallet’. You also receive a notification on the home screen. For redemption, simply open the complimentary wash in ‘Wallet’ the next time you visit us and scan it at the kiosk!
Do Loyalty Rewards expire?
Yes, the item earned as a loyalty award does expire. Check your wallet for the expiration date of any specific reward.
